Accepted payment methods are check, cash, Chase Quickpay, and Citipop. Paypal is also available for your convenience if you prefer to pay with a credit card.

For prepaid single session private service appointments, a full refund will be given if cancellation is made within 24 hours notice. There are no refunds on private session packages. Please note that packages expire after one year from the date of purchase.

The refund policy for classes and workshops is as follows:

A refund will be given if cancellation of the class or workshop is made up to two weeks before the workshop minus a $10 processing fee. A credit will be given minus a $10 processing fee if cancellation is made up to one week before the class or workshop. This credit may be applied to another workshop, class, or private service. No refund or credit will be given if cancellation is made less than seven days before the class or workshop.

When you book an appointment with Michelle, that time is reserved just for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please note that 24 hours notice is required if you are unable to attend your appointment. Full payment is expected if cancellation is made less than 24 hours. If you miss your appointment, payment is also expected.
